At BelleAbode, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your items arrive safely, promptly, and with care.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on item availability and location.
- Express Delivery: Available on select items for delivery within 2–3 working days. Eligibility and fees are shown at checkout.
- Saturday Delivery and Timed Delivery Slots: Available in select areas and on eligible items for an additional fee. These options can be selected during checkout, where applicable.
🕗 Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed and shipped the following working day, where possible.
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and confirmed via email once your order is on its way.
📦 Split Deliveries
Due to the size or nature of certain pieces, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. While we aim to ship items together, courier constraints may occasionally require split shipments.
Rest assured, you’ll receive full tracking details for each part of your order.
🌍 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across mainland UK.
Some items may be eligible for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and other offshore UK territories, but not all products qualify due to size and courier restrictions.
Where delivery is available, additional shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

💳 Delivery Charges
- Complimentary Delivery is offered on select collections and during promotional periods.
- Charges for standard, express, Saturday, and timed deliveries are calculated at checkout based on item size and delivery location.
🔔 Order Tracking & Notifications
You will receive timely updates via email or SMS, including tracking links and delivery estimates once your order is en route.
🛋️ Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our courier partner will provide options for rescheduling. Please follow the instructions provided in your tracking updates.

Delivery
Do you offer complimentary delivery?
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to addresses within the UK Mainland.
For deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas, a surcharge may apply—this will be calculated at checkout.
Can my delivery be left in a safe place?
Yes, you may request this, but please note: BelleAbode and our courier partners cannot accept liability for any loss or damage once an item is left unattended.
I entered the wrong delivery address—can it be amended?
For your security and ours, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is confirmed. If incorrect, please contact us immediately to cancel your order.
When will I receive my order?

- 3-5 Working Day Shipping
Some of our larger and/or ready assembled products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a 3-5 working day delivery service.
- Two Man Shipping
Ready assembled furniture requires a Two Man Delivery service and can take up to 10-14 working days for delivery. Please note: Saturday delivery can be arranged between yourselves and the couriers for anything shipped via this courier.

Should delays occur, our team will keep you informed and work swiftly to resolve any courier-related issues.

How do I place an order?
My item arrived damaged—what now?
Please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Depending on the extent of the damage, we can offer replacement parts or a full item exchange. Without packaging, returns are not be possible due to courier restrictions.
I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Assembly instructions are missing—how can I access them?
Instructions are available to download on the product page. If you require assistance, we’re happy to send them directly to you.
I’ve only received part of my order—where is the rest?
Depending on the size and courier used, items may arrive separately. Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email and online account.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before dispatch.
- If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us to cancel.
- If your order is already on the way, you may still be able to cancel, but you’ll need to cover the return cost and/or cancellation fee. This fee varies based on product, location, and circumstances.

Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
Our pre-order service allows you to secure limited and upcoming designs before they arrive in our studio. Full payment is taken at checkout to guarantee availability.
Mixed order (in-stock + pre-order)?
In-stock items ship immediately. Pre-orders will follow as soon as stock arrives—each will be confirmed via email.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Absolutely, provided the item hasn’t yet shipped. After dispatch, standard return policies apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Products must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging with all components and instructions
Return shipping is at your expense. Assembled items cannot be returned.
How long will my refund take?
- PayPal: Within 2 hours
- Debit Cards: 3–5 working days
- Credit Cards: Up to 30 days

Is everything on the website in stock?
Stock status is shown on each product page. Out-of-stock or artisan-crafted pieces may be available for pre-order. You may request to be notified when specific items return.
Is the item flat-packed or pre-assembled?
Each product page indicates whether assembly is required. Manuals are also available for download online.
