At BelleAdode, we hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Can I Amend or Cancel My Order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended.
We get it—plans change. You can cancel your order any time before dispatch.
- If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us to cancel.
- If your order is already on the way, you may still be able to cancel, but you’ll need to cover the return cost and/or cancellation fee. This fee varies based on product, location, and circumstances.

We’ll always try our best to help, however cancellation may not always be possible if your order has already been dispatched.
How Do I Return My Order?
If you change your mind, you can return your item for a full refund.
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You have 60 days from delivery to return it
- Items must be:
- In original packaging, labels and assembly instructions in good condition.
- Unassembled and undamaged
- Returned via a tracked courier service
- From a Mainland UK address, only

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. Refunds (excluding delivery charges) are processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please Note: Unless the item is deemed faulty or defective, customers will be liable for all returns costs.
Can I Exchange My Order?
We don’t currently offer exchanges—unless your item arrives damaged.
If you’d like a different item:
- Place a new order
- Return the unwanted item for a refund
If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and images/videos of the issue, and we’ll put things right.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
We understand how disappointing a damaged delivery can be. If this happens:
- Check the external packaging on delivery and report any damage to the driver.
- Carefully inspect all items after opening.
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
📷 We’ll need photos or video of:
- Outer packaging
- Internal packaging
- The damage itself
If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement, spare part, or refund.
❗ Note: We cannot assist with damage claims made after 48 hours.
🛏️ For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned unopened and sealed, unless faulty.
Lost or Incomplete Orders
If you don’t receive your full order on the expected date, don’t worry—some items may arrive in separate deliveries.
Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and we’ll look into it right away.
What If I Received the Wrong Item?
Mistakes happen. If you’ve received the wrong product, get in touch with us.
We’ll offer a refund or replacement, whichever works best for you.
Please Note: The incorrect item will need to be sent back, in original packaging and undamaged in order to receive full refund/replacement.
Will I Get a Full Refund?
We offer full refunds on returned items that are:
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
We may only offer a partial refund if:
- The item is damaged or incomplete
- It’s been returned after the 60-day window
- Damage occurred for reasons not due to our error
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
What Are the Return Shipping Costs?
- If you’ve changed your mind, you’re responsible for arranging and paying for the return.
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, BelleAdode will cover the return shipping.
Damage to Property Disclaimer
BelleAdode is not responsible for damage to other property caused by a defective product.
Our liability is limited to:
- Repair, Replacement, Refund of the faulty item, as required under UK consumer law
We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damage.

Delivery
Do you offer complimentary delivery?
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to addresses within the UK Mainland.
For deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas, a surcharge may apply—this will be calculated at checkout.
Can my delivery be left in a safe place?
Yes, you may request this, but please note: BelleAbode and our courier partners cannot accept liability for any loss or damage once an item is left unattended.
I entered the wrong delivery address—can it be amended?
For your security and ours, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is confirmed. If incorrect, please contact us immediately to cancel your order.
When will I receive my order?

- 3-5 Working Day Shipping
Some of our larger and/or ready assembled products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a 3-5 working day delivery service.
- Two Man Shipping
Ready assembled furniture requires a Two Man Delivery service and can take up to 10-14 working days for delivery. Please note: Saturday delivery can be arranged between yourselves and the couriers for anything shipped via this courier.

Should delays occur, our team will keep you informed and work swiftly to resolve any courier-related issues.

How do I place an order?
My item arrived damaged—what now?
Please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Depending on the extent of the damage, we can offer replacement parts or a full item exchange. Without packaging, returns are not be possible due to courier restrictions.
I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Assembly instructions are missing—how can I access them?
Instructions are available to download on the product page. If you require assistance, we’re happy to send them directly to you.
I’ve only received part of my order—where is the rest?
Depending on the size and courier used, items may arrive separately. Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email and online account.

Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
Our pre-order service allows you to secure limited and upcoming designs before they arrive in our studio. Full payment is taken at checkout to guarantee availability.
Mixed order (in-stock + pre-order)?
In-stock items ship immediately. Pre-orders will follow as soon as stock arrives—each will be confirmed via email.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Absolutely, provided the item hasn’t yet shipped. After dispatch, standard return policies apply.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Products must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging with all components and instructions
Return shipping is at your expense. Assembled items cannot be returned.
How long will my refund take?

- Debit Cards: 3–5 working days
- Credit Cards: Up to 30 days

Stock status is shown on each product page. Out-of-stock or artisan-crafted pieces may be available for pre-order. You may request to be notified when specific items return.
Is the item flat-packed or pre-assembled?
Each product page indicates whether assembly is required. Manuals are also available for download online.
